Manners Matter

Manners Matter Dog Training and Daycare is the Lexington Kentucky’s area premiere canine enrichment center. We are the area’s only full service dog daycare and training facility owned and operated by a certified behavior consultant. We have over 5000 square feet of climate controlled indoor training and play space as well as large turf play yards. Manners Matter is built on modern dog training techniques, using effective methods that do not require the use of correction collars, fear, or intimidation. While traditional training tends to focus on what not to do, our training is focused on teaching the dog what to do. Training should be fun and engaging for both the dog and owner. Learning is a team sport and we take our role as coach seriously. We exceed industry standards in continuing education and certification. Lexington’s most respected veterinarians trust us with their client’s training and daycare needs and we make it priority to have them part of our dog care team.
